HOW TO USE
1. For longer, neatly curled lashes, turn the dial to extend brush. Sweep mascara on upper lashes from root to tip, slowly wiggling the brush from side to side.
2. For fuller lashes, turn the dial to contract brush. Sweep mascara upward to lengthen and separate lashes.
